Mystarion AI respects and protects your privacy. This document describes the limited information we handle when you use the image generation tools available at mystarion.app ("the Service") and how we safeguard it.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

To keep things simple and private, Mystarion AI avoids gathering personal details. Specifically, we do not:

• Require you to sign up for an account
• Keep a history of prompts or outputs after a session ends
• Harvest personal identifiers
• Track you with advertising cookies
• Sell, rent, or otherwise share data with third parties

3. Data Temporarily Processed

In order to produce results on demand, we briefly process:

• Prompts you submit while a generation request is running
• The resulting images while they are being prepared for download
• Aggregate, non-identifiable usage metrics that help us understand overall performance

4. Data for Abuse Prevention (Guest Trial)

To protect the free guest trial from abuse and fraud, we process a small set of technical signals:

• Turnstile (Cloudflare) verification tokens and response (pass/fail; score if provided)
• Device fingerprint identifier and confidence (via FingerprintJS) — we store only hashed identifiers, not raw device traits
• IP address hash and browser user-agent hash
• Guest trial session token hash and status (e.g., used/expired/blocked)

These signals are used solely to enforce fair-use limits (e.g., one trial per device/IP/fingerprint window) and to block automated abuse.

5. Purpose of Processing

Any data described above is used only to:

• Create images from your prompts
• Improve responsiveness, quality, and reliability of the Service
• Detect abuse and maintain platform stability

6. Retention Practices

Mystarion AI follows a real-time, no-storage approach. Prompts and generated images are discarded automatically once a request completes. We maintain no archive of user content.

For guest trials, technical signals (hashed IP/fingerprint/UA, Turnstile result, session status) are retained only as long as needed to enforce trial limits and security policies; expired sessions and related logs are periodically purged.

7. Safeguards

We rely on secure, encrypted transmission and industry-standard safeguards to protect the transient data handled by the Service from unauthorized access or alteration.

8. Children

The Service is intended for individuals aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced by updating the policy text at this location.

10. Your Choices

Because Mystarion AI does not store personal data, there is typically no information for you to request, modify, erase, or export.
