1. Welcome

Thank you for choosing Mystarion AI. By using the AI image generation features hosted at mystarion.app ("the Service"), you agree to the terms outlined below. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. What the Service Provides

Mystarion AI offers complimentary text-to-image generation powered by the FLUX.1-Dev model. No account or payment is required to experiment with the current tools.

3. Fair Use, Verification, and Anti-Abuse

• Free guest trials are subject to anti-abuse checks, including captcha (Cloudflare Turnstile), device fingerprinting (FingerprintJS), and IP/user-agent hashing to enforce fair-use limits.
• We may reject, rate-limit, or block requests that exceed guest limits or trigger abuse signals. Creating multiple sessions to bypass limits is prohibited.
• We may watermark or reduce quality for guest outputs and require login to continue once the guest allocation is exhausted.

4. Your Responsibilities

When interacting with Mystarion AI, you agree to:

• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect any safeguards or limits we put in place
• Avoid unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the Service
• Refrain from attempting to disrupt our infrastructure
• Ensure that prompts do not encourage infringement or harmful content

5. Ownership of Outputs

Images produced through Mystarion AI are released under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) licence. You can copy, modify, and use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects. Please keep in mind that third-party rights may still apply to certain subject matter.

6. Privacy Commitments

Our privacy practices are explained in the Mystarion AI Privacy Policy. In short, we do not store prompts or outputs, and we use minimal technical signals (captcha results, hashed IP/device identifiers) solely to protect the service from abuse.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep Mystarion AI accessible, but we may alter, pause, or discontinue the Service at any time. When feasible, we will communicate material changes and outline any available remedies.

8. Content Restrictions

You must not use Mystarion AI to generate or disseminate:

• Illegal, threatening, or defamatory material
• Hateful, discriminatory, or violent imagery
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Explicit sexual content or exploitation
• Material intended to harass or endanger others

9. Liability Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mystarion AI will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Mystarion AI after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
