1. Credit Refund Eligibility
Unused Credits
If you buy credit bundles for Mystarion AI and decide not to use them, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Partially Used Credits
Credits that have already fueled generations are non-refundable. You may, however, request a prorated refund for any remaining, unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
Credit Expiration
Each credit pack comes with a clearly stated expiration window at checkout. Once credits expire, they cannot be refunded.
Technical Issues
Should a technical fault prevent you from accessing Mystarion AI's creation tools, contact us right away. If we cannot resolve the issue promptly, we will either refund unused credits or extend their validity, depending on the circumstances.
2. Service Adjustments
Platform Changes
Mystarion AI may update, suspend, or retire parts of the Service. When significant changes impact purchased credits, we will communicate available options such as refunds, replacements, or extensions.
Future Offerings
