If you buy credit bundles for Mystarion AI and decide not to use them, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Credits that have already fueled generations are non-refundable. You may, however, request a prorated refund for any remaining, unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
Each credit pack comes with a clearly stated expiration window at checkout. Once credits expire, they cannot be refunded.
Should a technical fault prevent you from accessing Mystarion AI's creation tools, contact us right away. If we cannot resolve the issue promptly, we will either refund unused credits or extend their validity, depending on the circumstances.
Mystarion AI may update, suspend, or retire parts of the Service. When significant changes impact purchased credits, we will communicate available options such as refunds, replacements, or extensions.
This policy governs the current credit-based system for Mystarion AI. If we introduce subscriptions or other payment models later on, we will publish updated terms and notify users of the revisions.

We may revise this refund policy periodically. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Mystarion AI after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
Refunds are processed in the currency used at checkout. Any exchange rate differences or banking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
